SHIPPING POLICY

Conditions of Free Shipping Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Lifetime Products. Free shipping is only valid for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
*Please note that www.vector-gear.com currently does not have any expedited shipping options. Items ship "parcel" via Fedex/USPS/AMAZON/DHL/UPS.

SHIPPING TIME

Most items are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from Vectorgear. Business days exclude Sunday and Saturdays. This is the amount of time it takes to leave Vectorgear. At this point you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time. Please note that transit time varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed.

We ship worldwide with FedEx or UPS at a flat-rate, if you have any advice on the declaration, please contact us with your order number.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or VAT/taxes (written here as “import costs”) that may be imposed by their country’s customs department.
By law, we cannot mark packages as a "gift", or declare lower value on the invoice.

The amount will vary by your home country and is based on the actual value of the gear purchased not the total amount paid. For example, if your order was paid partially with a gift card or if a discount was applied, the customs fee will be based off the actual value of the item and not the amount paid after the discount.

VectorGear warrants that any non-electronic products sold by Vectorgear will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a defect in the product arises, We will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component. This Warranty does not apply to (x): Products purchased from unauthorized resellers; (y): where the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with; or (z): where the product is damaged as a result of normal wear & tear, accidental damage, abuse, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

*Electronic gear Warranty
Vectorgear warrants that your electronic product will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser. If a defect in the product arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component. This warranty does not apply to (x) products purchased from unauthorized resellers; (y) where the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with; this includes opening an electronic product without consulting or troubleshooting with a Technical Support Specialist or (z) where the product is damaged as a result of normal wear & tear, accidental damage, abuse, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
